Chair, Deb Tegtmeyer received a BA in Economics from Bucknell University. Since 1995 she has served as the first Executive Director of the Licking County Coalition for Housing, a non-profit organization dedicated to creating solutions to area housing problems through community collaboration. She has nearly 30 years of government and non-profit organization management, fund development, marketing, program conceptualization, development and implementation experience with business and community development projects. Early in her career she spent several years with the Ohio Department of Development as a business development specialist, obtaining certifications in Economic and Housing Development Finance and also served as Grant Writer and Fiscal Officer for the City of Newark’s Community Development Division.
Deb has served on Granville Village Council, and presently serves on the Granville Township Open Space Committee and the Granville Foundation Board of Directors. She is also a member of the Rotary Club of Newark. Deb is a lifelong resident of Granville and a graduate of Granville High School. She lives in Granville with her husband and two sons, also recent GHS graduates.
Vice Chair, Tobin Mann has been a practicing business attorney for over 30 years. He has had the opportunity to advise business from startup to sale, on matters as diverse as real estate, labor relations, commercial litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory issues. Tobin also served as Chief Financial Officer for 17 years with a multi-state manufacturing company.
Tobin’s current law practice, Mann Legal Services, is located on Columbus Road in Granville Township. Tobin also serves as the Market Leader for Focus CFO's East Central region which includes Licking County. FocusCFO is the largest contract CFO provider in the State of Ohio, with over 35 practicing CFO’s with over 750 years of combined experience.
Tobin, his wife Jayne, and their son, Quinn live in northern Fairfield County.
Board Secretary, Tom Argyle is Director of Public Relations at Licking Memorial Health Systems. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Visual Communications from The Ohio State University and a Master of Science degree in Marketing and Communications from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio.
Tom has served in numerous leadership positions within The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He serves as the Vice Chair of the Simon Kenton Council, Licking District, of the Boy Scouts of America, Chairman of the Licking District Friends of Scouting Campaign, Committee Chairman for a local Boy Scout troop, and is an Eagle Scout. He previously served as a member of the Licking County Library and Licking Park District levy committees. He and his wife, Leah, have five children, Camden, Carly, Celsey, Caleb and Cassidy. In his spare time, he enjoys work and recreational activities with his family, maintaining the family farm, playing guitar, reading, cooking and daily exercise.
Treasurer, Jenna McDevitt currently serves Denison University as their Director of Administrative Services – a role she has held since February, 2012. Prior to joining Denison she worked for over eleven years as Director, Business Management Services for the Westerville City Schools. Earlier still she held a position with the Columbus Chamber of Commerce and is pleased to again be involved with Chamber work here in Granville. Jenna earned a Bachelor’s Degree at Michigan State University and has first-hand knowledge of what it is like to own and operate a small business having grown up in family that operated a number of dry cleaning establishments in the suburban Detroit area. She and her husband Greg reside in New Albany with their three children: daughter Kali is seventeen, son Dylan is twelve, and youngest daughter Tegan is ten. Most of her time is spent both on-and-off campus being involved with local activities that support residents and businesses alike, so she feels especially connected to Granville and its surrounding communities. Some fun-facts-for-friends: favorite book is the Grapes of Wrath by John Steinbeck, favorite food is spaghetti (could eat it every day), and favorite color is green.
Michael obtained a Bachelor’s degree from Bethany College in West Virginia. He enjoys many interests including reading, squash, traveling with his wife and young family, green energy and building, and college and professional sports.
Donna Holycross has worked for Heartland Bank for nearly eighteen years and currently serves as the Bank’s Vice President of Business Development for Licking County. In this capacity she draws from her significant experience and background in Small Business and Commercial Lending, Marketing, and Account Management; Donna is heavily involved in a number of community and civic organizations. Recently she served both the Gahanna and the New Albany Chambers of Commerce and is now pleased to be involved with the Granville Area Chamber of Commerce. She believes it is the Chamber’s role to serve as the voice of local businesses and to promote economic well-being in the community.

Jodi Melfi has spent nearly twenty-five years catalyzing ideas in design, marketing and business.
Raised in a tight-knit entrepreneurial family of makers, tinkers and musicians, Jodi attended art school in Europe and then graduated with honors from Columbus College of Art and Design in 1994. Jodi’s affinity to giving back to community and fostering startup projects, lead her to become part of the young marketing and design professionals who were instrumental in the birth of the arts scene which rejuvenated Columbus’ Short North District. With nearly twenty-five years experience with top national retail, design and marketing agencies, Jodi played a key role in pioneering international online fine art sales, as founder and part-owner, acting as head of marketing, at http://absolutearts.com - provider of marketing tools for artists and collectors. Jodi took the business from startup to profitable with art sales and commissions for a range of clients from Oprah to Axel Rose to numerous international C-level collectors. The business earned recognition by ArtNews as one of the world’s top new arts businesses in 2004. Following a passion for mentoring Jodi has lectured in design and marketing at CCAD, published numerous articles on small business ownership and development, as well as taken on leadership roles with business and arts organizations.
In 2010, after selling her interests in absolutearts.com, Jodi shifted her focus to JodiMelfiDesign where she provides ground floor branding and marketing development for early stage entrepreneurs. Expanding her dedication to incubating ideas, she cofounded the coworking space creativeCOOP in 2016.
Jodi lives at Orchard House, a boutique country inn, outside of Granville, Ohio with her husband, Dean, who is owner/innkeeper, and their two teen daughters.
John Montgomery was born in Springfield, Ohio and spent much of his early childhood in Newark. Summers spent locally with his grandparents fostered his love of Granville and other local towns and villages in Central Ohio. John grew up in Arizona and served in the US Navy for over twenty four years and retired as a Commander in 2012. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a Russian Language minor which he earned at the University of Arizona. He also holds a Masters in Business Science degree earned at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA in 1999. He and his wife Tammy now own and operate a Home Video Studio franchise business based in Newark where they have resided since 2012.
