Chair, Deb Tegtmeyer received a BA in Economics from Bucknell University. Since 1995 she has served as the first Executive Director of the Licking County Coalition for Housing, a non-profit organization dedicated to creating solutions to area housing problems through community collaboration. She has nearly 30 years of government and non-profit organization management, fund development, marketing, program conceptualization, development and implementation experience with business and community development projects. Early in her career she spent several years with the Ohio Department of Development as a business development specialist, obtaining certifications in Economic and Housing Development Finance and also served as Grant Writer and Fiscal Officer for the City of Newark’s Community Development Division.
Deb has served on Granville Village Council, and presently serves on the Granville Township Open Space Committee and the Granville Foundation Board of Directors. She is also a member of the Rotary Club of Newark. Deb is a lifelong resident of Granville and a graduate of Granville High School. She lives in Granville with her husband and two sons, also recent GHS graduates.
Vice Chair, Tom Argyle is Director of Public Relations at Licking Memorial Health Systems. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Visual Communications from The Ohio State University and a Master of Science degree in Marketing and Communications from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio.
Tom has served in numerous leadership positions within The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He serves as the Vice Chair of the Simon Kenton Council, Licking District, of the Boy Scouts of America, Chairman of the Licking District Friends of Scouting Campaign, Committee Chairman for a local Boy Scout troop, and is an Eagle Scout. He previously served as a member of the Licking County Library and Licking Park District levy committees. He and his wife, Leah, have five children, Camden, Carly, Celsey, Caleb and Cassidy. In his spare time, he enjoys work and recreational activities with his family, maintaining the family farm, playing guitar, reading, cooking and daily exercise.
Secretary, Jenny Morehead grew up in the Licking County area, graduated from Granville High School and received her Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University. Jenny has worked for Park National Bank for 25 years. She started her career as a Management Associate and held positions as Main Office Manager and Granville Branch Manager before moving to her current position as a Commercial Lender.
Over the years Jenny has served the community in many different aspects including past board member of The Woodlands, past chair of Operation Feed, past chair for Women of Achievement and involved in fundraising for The Next Generation Challenge benefiting students at OSU and COTC Newark. She is currently a Member/Treasurer and Past President of Women In Service Everyday (W.I.S.E.) and volunteers her time and talents at St. Francis de Sales School.
Jenny lives in Newark with her husband Brian and son Ian.
Treasurer, Gary Love
Anita Carroll has been the director of the Granville Public Library since March of 2015. Prior to working in Granville, she was the director for the MidPointe Library System in Butler County, Ohio and the Franklin-Springboro Public Library in Warren County, Ohio. She received her bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Cincinnati, her master’s degree in library science from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana and her master’s degree in public administration from Northern Kentucky University in Highland Heights, Kentucky.
Anita has served in leadership positions in the communities where she lives and works, including being a board member of the Franklin Area Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Women Living United committee through the Middletown Community Foundation. Locally, she is a member of the Rotary Club of Granville and serves as the club’s Rotary Youth Exchange Counselor, a volunteer at the Market Street Food Pantry and also serves as a Legislative liaison for the Ohio Library Council.
In her spare time, she and her husband, Dennis, enjoy traveling, cooking, riding bikes, gardening and spending time with their two dogs.
Tiffany Geiger is the owner of Creekstone Benefits, an independent health insurance agency in Alexandria, Ohio. After 14 years in the health insurance industry Tiffany started Creekstone Benefits in 2005 to serve small business and individuals.
Tiffany is very involved with the community including being a member of the Otterbein University Alumni Council, Girl Scout Troop Leader for a troop from Johnstown, President of the Alexandria Garden Club, Treasure of the Alexandria Business Association and President of Tau Epsilon Mu Alumni Assoc. In her downtime she enjoys learning about wine, hiking, traveling and spending time relaxing at home.
Donna Holycross has worked for Heartland Bank for nearly eighteen years and currently serves as the Bank’s Vice President of Business Development for Licking County. In this capacity she draws from her significant experience and background in Small Business and Commercial Lending, Marketing, and Account Management; Donna is heavily involved in a number of community and civic organizations. Recently she served both the Gahanna and the New Albany Chambers of Commerce and is now pleased to be involved with the Granville Area Chamber of Commerce. She believes it is the Chamber’s role to serve as the voice of local businesses and to promote economic well-being in the community.
Tobin Mann has been a practicing business attorney for over 30 years. He has had the opportunity to advise business from startup to sale, on matters as diverse as real estate, labor relations, commercial litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory issues. Tobin also served as Chief Financial Officer for 17 years with a multi-state manufacturing company.
Tobin’s current law practice, Mann Legal Services, is located on Columbus Road in Granville Township. Tobin also serves as the Market Leader for Focus CFO's East Central region which includes Licking County. FocusCFO is the largest contract CFO provider in the State of Ohio, with over 35 practicing CFO’s with over 750 years of combined experience.
Tobin, his wife Jayne, and their son, Quinn live in northern Fairfield County.
John F. Martin, Jr. For fifteen years John held executive positions at a software and services company. His executive responsibilities ranged from marketing to consulting services to international operations where he managed business development and marketing initiatives. He is a current member and former officer of East Central Ohio SCORE, a nonprofit association under SBA dedicated to helping small businesses get off the ground, grow and achieve their goals through education and mentorship, a current sales coach for Customer Centric Selling, president of St. Edwards Parish Council, board member of the Granville Area Chamber of Commerce and Elite Athlete Coordinator for the Nationwide Children’s Hospital Columbus Marathon. John has a BA in philosophy (California State University) and an MA in philosophy (The Ohio State University). John is an amateur triathlete focusing on Ironman distance races and coaches a pace group for Marathoners in Training.
Mark W. Uher is founder, CEO & president of the Manufacturers’ Education Council (MEC), one of the largest for-profit conference providers in the Midwest. Established in 1991, the MEC has educated over 82,500 busy business executives, directors & managers on leading-edge issues in business taxation, sustainability, environmental & safety management, HR, employee health/wellness/well-being, and energy management & efficiency.
In addition to serving on the GACC Board, Mark serves as one of the two GACC representatives on the Bryn Du Commission, overseeing the historic Bryn Du Mansion & its 52-acre estate. He also served on the Board of Directors for the United Church of Granville where he chaired its stewardship & outreach committees. Prior to building in Granville’s Bryn Du Woods when the youngest of his 3 sons left for college, Mark resided in Pickerington where he co-chaired numerous school levies & bond issues, chaired & served as president for the Pickerington Athletic Boosters Club (PABC), served on the facility design committee for the building of the Pickerington High School North as the first-elected president of the Pickerington North Athletic Boosters Club (PNABC) and served as the president & treasurer of the Glenshire Civic Association.
A native of Wooster, Ohio, Mark obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science at Miami University in 1977 and his Master of Business Administration from Capital University in 1982. He’s the proud father of three sons, Matt, Jeff & Tim.
